Welcome to RideEasy (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing and using our website or booking our cab services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All cab bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
- Booking is confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and receipt of confirmation email/SMS.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unavailability of vehicles or unavoidable circumstances.
2. Payment & Charges
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and selected cab type.
- Any tolls, parking charges, or state permits during travel are borne by the customer.
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless cancellation policy applies.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before travel may be eligible for a partial refund.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
4. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must carry valid ID proof during the journey.
- Damage to the cab due to passenger negligence will be charged.
- No illegal items, smoking, or drinking alcohol is permitted in the cab.
5. Liability
- We strive to ensure timely pickups and drops but are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
- We are not liable for loss of personal belongings left in the cab.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
